How to grow your beard naturally at home

Most men these days pride themselves on the quantity of their beard. Most think that a beard shows your level of maturity; others think that it is a free ticket into the heart of the opposite sex.

The peer pressure that comes with growing a beard is sometimes overwhelming. Because of this, most men resort to purchasing beard boosters regardless of the negative side effects.

Others are also oblivious of the fact that beard, like any other natural things can be grown naturally.

Taking in food items such as fish, eggs, fortified plant-based milk, grain bread, dairy, and nuts that are rich in vitamin D and B can help with the growth of your beard.

They may reactivate receptors in follicles that no longer grow hair.

Having the right amount of exercise can help with beard growth. Exercise, especially high-intensity interval training , can boost testosterone. This may, in turn, help encourage hair growth.

Not getting the right amount of sleep can also reduce the chances of beard growth. Inadequate sleep reduces the production of testosterone in males, which causes a delay in beard growth.

Clean, moist skin is more conducive to healthy hair growth. Wash your face with gentle, natural soap. Moisturize your face with a lotion or oil, such as coconut oil, after you shower.

Smoking has been likened to rampant hair loss, so quitting of smoking would be advised. Tobacco contains some chemicals that cause inflammation and DNA damage to the blood vessels that nourish hair follicles.
