Three students from the Wa Technical Institute have been apprehended by the Police for allegedly attacking a housemaster in the school.
According to media reports, the incident happened on Tuesday, July 25,2023 which was swiftly reported to law enforcement agents by authorities of the school for prompt action.
The victim, Ishmael Musah Froko is reported to have suffered severe wounds during the gory incident and was subsequently rushed to the Wa Municipal Hospital for immediate medical treatment.
The attack is believed to have taken place at the house , which provides shelter for the accused students, which is two blocks away from the Institute and of which , Ishmael Froko is in charge of as housemaster.
He was attacked by students when he was conducting a routine inspection check in the dormitories where the students live.
Police have stepped up investigations into the incident and promised to bring the perpetrators of the dastardly act to book to serve as a deterrent to others.
