The Acting Director-General of the National Service Authority (NSA), Mr. Felix Gyamfi, has assured National Service Personnel that all outstanding arrears will be disbursed today, Monday, February 17.
This announcement follows concerns raised by some personnel over delayed allowances, sparking worries about payment timelines.
The authority had previously reassured service personnel that steps were being taken to resolve the issue.
Speaking on Campus Exclusive, Mr. Gyamfi explained that some individuals, including teachers and nurses who were paid through the old E-zwich platform, will also receive their payments today despite delays in payment reflection.
“We have other people, teachers, and I think nurses, who were paid through the old platform, E-zwich. With E-zwich, when payments are made, it takes time to reflect. However, by today, Monday, they will see their payments reflected in their accounts.”
