University of Ghana’s 66th SRC Week Celebration, dubbed ‘Nirvaland’ and organized by the University of Ghana Students’ Representative Council (UGSRC), would culminate in an Artiste Night, set to happen tomorrow night, July 19, 2024, at the Pentagon Hall Circus. This event promises a dazzling array of performances from top-tier artists, headlined by Ghanaian Dancehall sensation, Shatta Wale.
Univers Entertainment engaged students prior to the event on campus, capturing their bubbling excitement and anticipation for the Dancehall icon’s performance. Enthusiastic members of the Shatta Movement couldn’t conceal their eagerness. One fervent fan shared his thoughts, expressing excitement ahead of the event.
“Absolutely, yes! Shatta Wale, I’m a huge fan. His energy is unmatched, and the atmosphere is bound to be electric. Every track of his is a hit, so from start to finish, it’s going to be an adrenaline rush. You can’t take a girl to a Shatta Wale concert; it’s all about having pure, unfiltered fun with the boys.”
Conversely, some students also expressed their regret at being unable to attend due to work commitments, however still showed a keen desire to be part of the festivities.
“We’re hustling for money, you know? Gotta look good and all. If we get a chance, we’ll definitely come through. But our man Shatta, he’s going to light it up. You know what I mean?”
“Saturday is work time for me, so I can’t make it. If I had the chance, I’d definitely be there, but it’s not possible this time.”
The University of Ghana 66th SRC week celebration, particularly, the Nirvaland event powered by 4syte Live, promises an evening brimming with excitement and unforgettable moments. The student body is strongly encouraged to partake in this extraordinary event.
