The Office of the Dean of Student Affairs at the University of Ghana has released the official timelines for the 2025 departmental, Junior Common Room (JCR), Students’ Representative Council (SRC), and Graduate Students’ Association of Ghana (GRASAG) elections.
According to a notice issued on July 7 and signed by the Dean of Student Affairs, Prof. Rosina I. Kyerematen, departmental executive elections will be held from July 14 to 21.
JCR elections will follow from July 22 to 31. Diaspora halls are expected to vote on July 23, while Northern Campus hostels will vote on July 30. The schedule for traditional halls will be communicated at a later date.
The SRC and GRASAG elections are set for August 5 to 8.
All elections will be conducted by the University of Ghana IT Directorate.
