University of Ghana SRC Presidential aspirant, Moses Anabila Agana, popularly known as “The Game Changer”, has unveiled plans to organise a highly competitive inter-hall sports competition if elected into office.

Anabila, who is contesting alongside vice presidential candidate Daniel Dugbatey, shared his vision during an exclusive interview with Univers Sports.

He emphasised his commitment to revitalising campus sports, stating that he would work closely with experts to ensure the event is professionally organised and impactful.

“If I have the chance to lead the SRC, the first thing I want to do is I will organise a very competitive inter-hall competition where attention will be given every semester or every academic year.

“It is a way of being able to get the best talent and also be able to use them at the national level. You know, when people are doing something, you don’t pay attention to them in the end, you don’t really get the best out of them,” he said.

“Then, when it comes to the other sports, my team and I will get a technical person who knows all the aspects of sports. They will see how we can also help revive some of these sporting activities on campus,” he added.

The UGSRC elections are scheduled for Monday, August 18, and are expected to be highly competitive.
