The 27th Ghana Telecel Music Awards red carpet showed that fashion and music go hand in hand, as it served not only wonderful music performances but also a few statement outfits.
The red carpet held on May 9th 2026, at the Grand Arena came alive with dazzling looks, diverse inspirations and some bizarre outfits from the A-list attendees.
This year’s theme, “A touch of Glitter”, encouraged guests to embrace individuality and sophistication by incorporating delicate shimmer, sparkles, or metallic elements into their outfits.

5. Black Sherif – Musician
Black Sherif stepped out in an all-white ensemble with a lace hoodie and sliver sequined embroidery. The bold look tailored by Vhest Atelier stood out among the mostly dull male outfits. It matched perfectly with his trademark “Pop Star” persona as the artist swept five of his nine nominations of the night including Artist of the year and Album of the year.
4.Regina Van Helvert – Media Personality
Tv hostess extraordinaire Regina Van Helvert stunned in a fitted burgundy gown that embraced both elegance and sophistication. The intricate beadwork on the bodice as well as the floral pattern resembling petals on the bottom of the dress was unique and different from what the media personality tends to wear. The red carpet hostess topped the whole look off with brought her to fourth of this list.
3. Efia Odo & Adina
Tied at number three are media personality Efia Odo and musician Adina, who both stunned in striking shades of red accented with eye-catching beadwork. Efia Odo turned heads in a magenta beaded gown, while Adina embraced elegance in a rich ruby-toned dress. Both stars radiated elegance, femininity and sophistication through their looks. Efia’s sleek ponytail and bold eye makeup created a more sultry appearance, whereas Adina opted for softer glam with a simpler, more refined finish. Despite their contrasting styles, both celebrities delivered equally memorable fashion moments, making it impossible to choose one over the other for the third spot.
2. Quecy Official – Social media influencer
Social media influencer Quecy Official dazzled in a three piece suit and matching fascinator. The suit featured a bedazzled jacket that matched Quecy’s onscreen larger than life personality. A silk bow tie, butterfly clips and ruffled sleeves were only a few of the accesories that made the ensemble come to life. Not only did his look exude sophistication but it allowed the social media influencer to add a touch of his own unique charm.
1. Fella Makfui- Entrepreneur Actress Media Personality
Taking the top spot on the list is Actress and Media personality Fella Makfui, who lit up the TGMA red carpet in her gold studded outfit. The gown by designer Bella Buabeng featured shimmering embellishments and golden sequins that perfectly complimented this year’s “A Touch of Glitter” theme. She completed the outfit with a side swept ponytail reminiscent of the old Hollywood aesthetic and added a touch of elegance to the already show stopping dress.
