In an exciting development for Ghana’s creative community, the Ghana DJ Clinic is gearing up for its highly anticipated 2024 edition, set to take place in Tamale on August 3 and in Accra on September 7, 2024.
This annual event, known for its impact-driven approach, aims to educate, empower, and foster connections among DJs, music producers, musicians, and other creatives across the nation.
Themed “Exploring the Business of Entertainment,” this year’s clinic promises to delve deep into the multifaceted world of the entertainment industry. From uncovering untapped opportunities to questioning the perception of DJing as a passive pursuit versus a sustainable business venture, participants can expect a wealth of knowledge and insight.
Notably, Tamale will host the clinic for the first time since its inception in 2019, marking a significant milestone in the event’s journey. Over the past two years, the clinic has made strides in empowering over 5,000 creatives, with a particular focus on supporting female talent in the industry.
Project Coordinator, David Quaye expressed his enthusiasm for the upcoming event, stating, “The Ghana DJ Clinic continues to be a beacon of education and empowerment for our creative community.
