The Ghana National Baseball and Softball Federation (GBSF) has launched its official kits for the U18 Baseball team ahead of the upcoming Baseball5 World Cup tournament to be held in Turkey.
The tournament which will be hosted from the 10th to 15th October, 2023 will see a total of seven national teams including Tunisia, Ghana, Chinese Taipei, China, South Korea, France and hosts Turkey compete for the ultimate.
The jerseys made of a lightweight, breathable fabric feature a unique design that incorporates elements of Ghanaian culture and tradition.
The kits are also designed to be both stylish and functional that will help the players adapt to various climatic conditions during the tournament. They also feature a unique design that incorporates elements of Ghanaian culture and tradition.
After winning the 2023 Africa Youth Championship, Ghana is currently ranked 13th globally and 4th best baseball team in Africa ahead of Zambia Burkina Faso and Tunisia.
