Vice President and the New Patriotic Party’s (NPP) presidential candidate for the 2024 elections, Dr. Mahamudu Bawumia, has cast his vote in the Walewale constituency in the North East Region.
Dr. Bawumia, is vying to become Ghana’s next president, just voted at his hometown polling station
The Walewale constituency, located in the North East Region, holds significant sentimental value for Dr. Bawumia, being his hometown.
It is reported that his presence there will be a boost for voter turnout, not only for his presidential bid but also for the NPP’s parliamentary candidate in the constituency.
