Executive Board Chairman of Hearts of Oak, Togbe Afede XIV, has assured fans that the leadership of the club is committed to building the best squad in the country
Togbe Afede, who also serves as the Majority Shareholder of the club made this revelation after the club unveiled their new Commercial Centre.
Hearts of Oak narrowly escaped relegation with a 14th-place finish last season.
In light of this,Togbe Afede XIV said there are plans to complement the off-the-field progress with players capable of competing at the highest level.
“We know that it doesn’t take only infrastructure.he said
“We need solid management, we continue to work at it. We need a solid technical team, we continue to work on that as well. We need solid group of players, we are working at it. he added
“We want to assure our fans that management is committed, the board is committed to assembling the best squad possible. Sometimes it takes time because time constraints are beyond your control…As much as we can find those who are available we will bring them into the family.”
