The University of Ghana’s Academic Affairs Directorate has announced a delay in the distribution of medallions and scroll holders for graduands scheduled to participate in the February 2025 congregation.
According to a notice by the Directorate issued on 10th February, the delay is due to unforeseen procurement setbacks. The Academic Affairs Directorate has, however, given assurance that efforts are being made to expedite the delivery of the items, and graduands will be notified once arrangements for pickup are finalized.
The Academic Affairs Directorate also apologized for the inconvenience this may cause and has assured graduands that the issue will be resolved as soon as possible.
“The Academic Affairs Directorate wishes to inform all graduands for February 2025 congregation that due to unanticipated procurement setbacks, the distribution of medallions and scroll holders has been delayed. Efforts are being made to have the items delivered as soon as possible and graduands will be notified in due course of arrangements for pick up.”
