The Office of the Dean of Student Affairs has replaced the Student Representative Council electoral commissioners with two Junior Common Room Electoral Commissioners.
This decision comes after the absence of the SRC EC from the strongroom at the University of Ghana Computing Services since the polls began earlier this morning.
These two people are
1. Kelvin Adjei Darko – Limann Hall EC
2. Azure Mary-Jubilee Hall EC
Elections are expected to end by 6pm.
This was after an agreement held by the Chief Information Technology Officer (CITO), and polling agents in the strongroom.
As of 5:30pm, 18,004 votes has been cast out of the 59, 629 expected voters.
