The Academic Affairs Directorate of the University of Ghana has announced the opening of the application epoch for the correction of errors in name, date of birth, and other personal details on the university records for all newly admitted students.
The application is open from Monday, 10th February to 28th February, 2025. Newly admitted students were advised to note that this correction of their biographic particulars is only open within this 2024/25 Academic year.
Students are to follow this application procedure by sending a request to the Director of Academic Affairs via email at “aad@ug.edu.gh” using their UG student email address.
However, the Directorate stated that only newly admitted students are eligible to participate in this essential exercise.
