The University of Ghana has announced the opening of an online portal for graduates from the February 2025 Congregation to book collection points for their certificate scroll holders and medallions.
Graduates are required to visit https://sts.ug.edu.gh/services/graduation to select their preferred pick-up location before the deadline on July 31, 2025. Once the booking window closes, the items will be dispatched to the chosen locations for collection on designated dates.
This exercise is strictly for students who were officially listed as part of the February 2025 graduating cohort, regardless of whether they attended the congregation ceremony.
The university noted that a separate arrangement will be announced for July 2025 graduands in due course.
This initiative, spearheaded by the SRC under the leadership of Frank Tsikata, aims to recognize the academic achievements of all graduating students and is approved by the university management.
