Director of Academic Quality Assurance Directorate of the University of Ghana, Prof. Daniel Kyeremeh has urged all level 100 students to be patient over suspended IA’s and Lectures.

Following the internet disruptions, the University of Ghana has been compelled to suspend and cancel some online activities such as Interim Assessments and lectures.

In an exclusive interview with Univers News Prof. Kyeremeh noted that the university has also experienced the effect of the network disruption and is making relentless effort to resolve the challenge.

“Some IAs and lectures have been postponed due to the internet issues we face today. Every corporate institution has been affected but I think the situation has improved gradually because looking at last week Friday and Monday the internet issues weren’t quite easy. I know the University is going to make adjustment and make sure everything moves on smoothly. I’ll urge all students to exercise patience and follow the rules and measures put in place.”

Meanwhile, students from the University of Ghana have shared their views on the issue, expressing hope for a positive resolution. These students spoke to Univers News.

“I’m staying positive and hanging in there till the internet disruptions get resolved.”

“I’m really hoping the network issue get resolved so we can write our online IA.”
