The highly anticipated encounter was between winners of the 2023/2024 Ghana Premier League winners , Samartex Fc and holders of the MTN FA Cup, Nsoatreman Fc.
The decisive moment came in the 70th minute when Emmanuel Mamah, donning the number 20 shirt, expertly headed home a free kick, sending the Samartex FC faithful into raptures.
This hard-fought victory makes Samartex the 13th team to win the Ghana Super Cup .
This feat sets them up for a promising season ahead, including their highly anticipated CAF Champions League clash against Raja Casablanca next month.
