Actor and musician, Olurotimi Akinosha, popularly known as Rotimi has expressed gratitude to American rapper, 50 Cent for giving him the platform to showcase his talent in the popular TV series, Power.
Rotimi who played Andre Coleman in the hit series Power says that his role has influenced his brand and increased his reach .
He says he will forever be grateful to 50 Cents who is the executive producer of the Power TV series for making him reach more audience and making money.
” He is good. it was a lot like a big brother vibe. They thought me a lot about the industry and how to be a professional and I’m grateful. you know, 50 made me a lot of money so I’ll forever be grateful for him” he said.
Rotimi also revealed how he’s been combing music and playing the role of a villain in the series.
”I think people have a lot more eyes on me, you know a lot of admiration. I think people are a lot more like how can you play such a villain and make such beautiful music? You made ‘In My Bed..‘Love Rhythm’ .and people are like it is a testament to God ‘s gift and talent to be able to just create freely and have nothing that holds me back”.
Rotimi is currently in Ghana to promote his new song with Kuami Eugene titled ‘Cryptocurrency’.
