The Federation of International Football Association (FIFA) world cup starts on 20th November and ends on the 18th of December 2022.
The world cup is touted as one of the best tournaments in the sporting world.
Thirty-two countries from six continents battle for the ultimate trophy in what promises to be a highly competitive competition.

The mundial will feature 36 centre referees, 6 from Asia, 6 from Africa, 7 from South America, 5 from North America, 1 from Oceania and 11 from Europe.
There will be 69 assistant referees, 10 from Asia, 10 from Africa, 15 from South America, 12 from North America, 2 from Oceania and 20 from Europe.
Twenty -four video assistant referees, 3 from Asia-, 2 from Africa, 5 from South America, 3 from North America and 11 from Europe.
It must be noted that no VAR referee from England was called. This has raised concerns over the competency of English VAR referees after they receive public backlash for controversial decisions in the English premier league.
The Stadiums that will be used for the world Cup in Qatar are, Al Bayt Stadium, Lusail Stadium, Ahmad Bin Ali Stadium, Al Janoub Stadium , Al Thumama Stadium, Education City Stadium, Stadium 974, and Khalifa International Stadium.
Federation of international football Association (FIFA) in collaboration with Qatar government has put in place stringent measures to ensure the tournament takes place successfully.
