UGSRC presidential and vice-presidential aspirants, Nkonimadom Yeboah and Leticia Kumesi, have donated a set of fans to the management of the Jones Quartey Building (JQB).

‎The gesture, made on Wednesday, August 6, reaffirms their commitment to enhancing the academic environment for students.

‎Speaking to Univers News after the donation, Nkonimadom highlighted JQB’s central role in academic life on campus as the main motivation for the initiative.

‎”We use JQB most often, and it’s one of the most utilized facilities by students at the University of Ghana. A lot of people study and attend lectures there, so good ventilation is crucial. When we noticed that some fans were not functioning, we stepped in to help.”

‎He further explained that the initiative aligns with their campaign’s focus on responsive leadership that addresses real student challenges.

‎”This gesture reflects our interest in supporting students in their academic pursuits. By improving ventilation in such a heavily used lecture space, we’re contributing to a more conducive learning environment.”

‎The donation reinforces the Nkonimadom-Leticia ticket’s emphasis on action-driven leadership, with further interventions promised if elected.
