Ghana, who have recently named a 14-man squad list under the stewardship of head coach Philip Boakye, would have it all to do if the prospect of participating in September’s World Cup is anything to go by, as record holders Egypt lie in wait to pounce on any scraps.

Morocco and Libya also pose a massive threat to Ghana’s title aspirations, with the two nations boasting a total of 3 Futsal Afcon trophies, albeit the former having 2 (one shy of Egypt) and the latter 1.
