The event organized to bring limelight to clubs competition across Ghana. ‘Teqball is a game for the youth so we want to widen our reach across the country’ said Mr. Mac Quarshie secretary general for TFG.
At this stage Teqball’s evolution is to organize more games or in this case new competitions involving elite clubs and stars that already drive the game. Teqqers were representing the clubs for national glory.
Evergreen Teqqers won the doubles competition beating Keta Sandcity teq club by two straight sets with Casford teqball club coming in third. Joel Afari Arthur won the singles category beating Sylvester Nortey and Michael Owusu from Casford claiming third position.

For those with the drive and talent teqball offers a new frontier for a sporting career. As the sport continues to expand, opportunities abound for athletes to make their mark, both on and off the teq table.
With its non-contact nature and gender-equitable competitions, teqball not only promotes a healthy sporting environment but also champions inclusivity, making it a field ripe for professional development.
