Osman Huzema, goalkeeper for Jonina Ladies FC, has expressed her readiness for the upcoming season. The talented shot-stopper aims to guide her team to a respectable league position and FA Cup success.
In her debut Women’s Premier League season, Huzema achieved an impressive 9 clean sheets in 16 games and 2 clean sheets in the Women’s FA Cup. She attributed her success to her coaches, players, and management, who trusted and supported her.
“In my debut season in the Women’s Premier League, I achieved 9 clean sheets in 16 games and 2 clean sheets in the Women’s FA Cup. All thanks to my coaches, players and management for trusting me and giving me the opportunity to showcase my talents in between the sticks”
Speaking to Tindanzo Bingi, Huzema drew inspiration from Ghana Black Queens goalkeeper Cynthia Kolan ,whose remarkable journey motivates her to strive for similar success.
“I draw inspiration from Goalkeeper Kolan Cynthia, Ghana Black Queen’s number one, whose remarkable journey motivates me to strive for similar success. I’m praying to meet kolan Cynthia in person one day Huzema shared”.
With renewed determination, Huzema seeks to improve upon last season’s performance, cementing her position as one of the league’s top goalkeepers.
