The 2024 edition of the National Science and Maths Quiz (NSMQ) is set to kick off in October in Cape Coast, following the regional qualifiers held in July.

The main contest will begin with the preliminaries from October 14 to October 17, with advancing schools joining the seeded schools in the one-eighth stage from October 19 to October 21.

The competition will intensify in the quarterfinals from October 23 to October 25, leading to the semifinals on October 27, and culminating in the grand finale on October 30.

This timeline ensures all participating schools have ample time to prepare.

Presbyterian Boys’ Secondary School (Presec, Legon), the reigning champions with eight titles, face the challenge of defending their title as schools nationwide vie for the top spot.
