University of Ghana SRC Vice President, Jeffery Adu-Yeboah, has joined young leaders from across the world at the 13th University Scholars Leadership Symposium (USLS) in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.

‎He was nominated by Vice Chancellor Prof. Nana Aba Appiah Amfo to represent the University of Ghana, with Graduate Students’ Association of Ghana (GRASAG) Secretary, Estella Hoffman, also selected as part of the delegation.

‎The symposium, organised by Humanitarian Affairs Asia in collaboration with the United Nations and government agencies, brings together student leaders, UN officials, diplomats, NGOs and social entrepreneurs. This year’s edition runs from August 5 to 8, 2025.

‎The USLS serves as a platform for young leaders to engage with global change-makers, participate in initiatives such as Kindness Day, and champion the UN’s Sustainable Development Goals ahead of the 2030 Agenda.

‎Adu-Yeboah’s participation is expected to strengthen student leadership at UG, encourage knowledge sharing through workshops, and boost the university’s global profile, paving the way for partnerships and opportunities.
