Students of the University of Ghana Business School (UGBS) have expressed excitement about the  46th Management Week Celebration, describing it as insightful and beneficial to both students and faculty.

The annual UGBS Management Week is designed to promote school spirit, enhance student engagement, and build practical skills beyond the classroom. This year’s edition continues that tradition, featuring a series of interactive and educational activities.

The programme was held under the theme: “Developing a talent for a digital and sustainable future: HR strategies for Ghana and beyond,”  from Saturday, June 20, to Sunday, June 28, 2026, at the R. S. Amegashie Auditorium at the University of Ghana,

This year’s edition featured panel discussions and quiz competitions aimed at equipping students with practical knowledge and real-world insights while making learning more engaging and interactive.

Speaking to Univers News, several students commended the event, noting its educational value and the opportunities it provides for learning, networking, and personal development.

One student described the programme as highly insightful and engaging, praising both the organisation and the quiz competition.

“The programme was very insightful and educative. I really liked it. The quiz was very good and the students performed well. We thank the organisers for putting together such a wonderful programme, and we hope it continues every year,” the student said.

Another participant highlighted the value of the panel discussions and the interactive nature of the event.

“The panelists shared a lot of useful knowledge and ideas that taught me new things. The discussions were very educative, interesting and inspiring. I also enjoyed the quiz because it made the programme fun and interactive while helping us learn,” the student noted.

A third student also described the event as impactful, encouraging wider participation in future editions.

“The programme was very insightful, educative and entertaining. I really liked it and I hope more people will attend in the coming years,” the student added.
