In defence, the squad features Derrick Kohn of Union Berlin, Jerome Opoku from Istanbul Basaksehir, Jonas Adjetey of FC Basel, Caleb Yirenkyi of FC Nordsjælland, Gideon Mensah from AJ Auxerre, Mohammed Salisu of AS Monaco, Ebenezer Annan of Saint-Étienne, Kojo Oppong Peprah from OGC Nice and Alidu Seidu of Stade Rennes.

The midfield unit includes Abu Francis of Toulouse, Prince Owusu and Kelvin Nkrumah from Medeama SC, Christopher Bonus Baah from Al-Qadsiah, Kwasi Sibo of Real Oviedo and Kamal Deen Sulemana of Atalanta.

Up front, Ghana will depend on Ghana Premier League starlet Kelvin Nkrumah, Prince Osei Owusu of CF Montreal, Prince Adu Kwabena from FC Viktoria Plzen, Brandon Thomas-Asante of Coventry City, and Antoine Semenyo of AFC Bournemouth.
