The National Identification Authority (NIA) has declared an increase in its fees for registration services.
The revision of the fees is in line with the regulations outlined in the Charges (Miscellaneous Provision Regulations, 2023, (L.I. 2481)), and will take effect from Wednesday, May 1, 2024.
Citizens intending to acquire national identification cards (Ghana cards) or make updates to their information should be aware of these upcoming alterations.
