A 6th-year architecture student at the Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology, Adzo Ahadzie, has died.
Ahadzie died after being struck by a car while riding her bicycle.
The student was reportedly riding along Club House Road when a car took her out.
She was seriously injured and rushed to KNUST Hospital where she was pronounced dead
Ahadzie’s death comes on the heels of another tragic death of a KNUST alumnus, Lois Abena Koranteng.
Several reports have it that the errant driver wanted to flee from the scene after the incident but was accosted by bystanders and handed over to the Police for investigations.
The former Petrochemical engineering major was killed following a business trip with her boss and their company driver to a hotel in Kumasi.
