The collation process at the Ningo Prampram Collation Centre has been delayed, with presiding officers still engaged in cross-checking the pink sheets with the returning officers.

As a result, the much-anticipated collation of results has not yet begun, adding to the growing anticipation and tension surrounding the process.

Sources within the centre indicate that the delay is due to the thorough verification process required to ensure the accuracy of the election results. Pink sheets, which contain crucial voting data, are being meticulously reviewed to prevent errors and ensure transparency in the final count.

Meanwhile, the public and election observers continue to await the commencement of the collation, which is critical in determining the outcome of the election in the constituency.

Although security personnel are present to maintain order, there are concerns that the delay could add to the already heightened tensions at the centre
