Darkovibes promotes new EP “Intercontinental”

Ghanaian Afrobeat and hip-hop artist, Darkovibes, is currently promoting his latest EP, Intercontinental.

The six-track project, released on Friday, September 27, 2024, is a blend of various cultures Darkovibes experienced during his travels.

In an interview on 3FM Drive, he revealed that the EP was entirely produced by Highlander, with assistance from Mantse. One of the standout songs is ”Bie Esor,” a collaboration with Richkid and Fadlan, which Darkovibes calls his personal favorite.

The other tracks on the EP include, ”Wi-Fi,” ”Bend Your Knees,” ”Run With My Heart,” ”Missionary,” and ”Stage” and it is available on major streaming platforms.

Darkovibes explained that his music is made for a specific audience, one that truly connects with his work.

“These songs are meant to be lived with, to last as long as those who listen to them live.”

He stated that, he has been working on expanding Ghanaian music into new markets, including the diaspora.

His travels and collaborations with different producers and artists led him to create this EP.

“I wanted to capture that experience in one project, so I can always look back and remember the mindset I had while working on it…” he said.
