The Electoral Commission has released the ballot statistics to facilitate the printing of Presidential and
Parliamentary Election ballots for the upcoming 2024 General Election.
The Commission based these statistics on the total number of voters in the 2024 Provisional Voters
Register (PVR), with an additional two percent increase to account for anticipated voter turnout.
In a statement issued on October 14, 2024 the Commission expressed confidence in its methodology, stating that it has effectively guided ballot printing since 1992.
The Electoral Commission also encouraged all registered voters to participate in the upcoming
election, acknowledging that not everyone may vote.
The Commission further retierated to ensuring an efficient electoral process and confident in its
methods for ballot preparation.
