3Music Awards 2024: 3Music Network announces return of award scheme at press soiree

3 Music Network has organized a press soirée at the Capitol Restaurant in Labone to launch the much anticipated 2024 edition of the 3 Music Awards.

Being one of Ghana’s most prestigious award schemes, 3 Music Awards is aimed at recognizing hardworking artists in the Ghanaian music industry for their achievements during the year under review.

The Award scheme was established in 2018 by Baba Sadiq Abdulai Abu, the founder of the 3 Media Networks and also the NDC parliamentary candidate for Okaikoi Central. Since its inception, it has become one of the most prestigious award schemes in the country. Although the awards scheme took a break last year due to circumstances beyond their control, they surprised Ghanaians with an announcement earlier today about their comeback into the entertainment industry as a credible and well-organized awards scheme.

According to 3 Music Networks, this year’s awards ceremony is scheduled to take place in September, and the nomination list for the various categories will be released in August.

During the press soirée, 3 Music Networks CEO, Rashidatu Yasmine Abdulai commented on the return of the 3 Music Awards, expressing thrill and innovation in its approach this year.

“Today I am thrilled to announce the return of 3 music awards in September. After a year long hiatus we have reimagined our approach to ensure 3 music awards celebrates musical excellence and set new industry standards.”

For the CEO, the awards scheme presents an opportunity for artistes to be honored for their creativity whislt celebrating culture in a captivating manner.
