Mrs. Joyce Duah is a Senior Laboratory Technologist of the Department of Nutrition and Food Science. She holds a BSc. Science Laboratory Technology, UCC and MSc. Food Quality Management, KNUST. She is the Chairperson of the University Laboratory Technicians/ Technologist Association-UG; Second Vice Chairperson, FUSSAG, representing FUSSAG on the Management Board for Radio Univers.
