The Ghana Education Service has interdicted the Headmistress of the West Africa Senior High School , Dr. Mrs Shine Agartha Ofori over misconduct.
The alleged misconduct being levelled against the Headmistress by the GES is for the illegal collection of fees from students.
The headmistress has therefore been asked to hand over the administration of the school to the Greater Accra Regional Director of Education pending final determination of the case by the Regional Disciplinary Committee.
The directive was contained in a press release dated July 19,2023 and signed by Public Relations Officer of the Ghana Education Service , Cassandra Twum Ampofo.
