Dr Theodora Dame Adjin-Tettey is a member of the Radio Univers Management Board. She is a lecturer in the Department of Communication Studies, University of Ghana, and a Research Associate at the School of Journalism and Media Studies, Rhodes University, South Africa. Theodora is an old girl from Fijai Secondary School in Takoradi. She is also an alumni of the University of Ghana where she had both her first and second degrees. She also obtained her PhD degree in Communication from the University of South Africa.

Apart from teaching, Theodora researches the field of media studies and journalism. She is particularly interested in studies on media effects, audience response, emerging media usage and appropriation, and media sustainability. She was a postdoctoral fellow on the NRF-funded Licence to Talk research project at the School of Journalism and Media Studies, Rhodes University from January 2020 to December 2021.
